My Journey
Where It All Started
Ever since my childhood I grew up glued to computers, and discovering Photoshop as a kid pulled me straight into design. Even while I pursued my Bachelor’s in IT engineering, I kept on learning various Adobe tools.
During my Engineering, I led the digital creative team for cultural festivals, designing all the branding and visual artworks. There, through a friend I found a mentor in UX who taught and deepened my curiosity in the field of UX / UI.
Without realizing it, I was already living between design and tech, and that blend became the foundation of everything that came next.

The Turning Point
After graduating, I worked as an application development associate, and that’s where everything clicked. I watched developers repeatedly rebuild components because UX decisions were spotted too late. Since I was learning UX at the time, I realized the root problem was not engineering, but design.
Engineers build what designers imagine. Designers shape the product, solve the problems, and set the foundation.
That realization was powerful. It gave me clarity, and I knew I wanted to move into UX UI design.

Becoming a designer
Once I made the switch, my IT background became an unexpected strength. I understood how developers thought, which helped me communicate better and design more realistically.
At Aertrip, I worked across multiple products, collaborated closely with leadership, and eventually designed an entire product from scratch.
This shift showed me that design wasn’t just screens and visuals. It was strategy, collaboration, and bringing a vision to life with both empathy and structure.

Broadening My Perspective
I wanted to deepen my understanding of human behavior and UX research. That led me to pursue a Master’s in Human Computer Interaction at University College Dublin.
Over the last year, while shaping my portfolio, I also worked part time in retail. That experience unexpectedly strengthened my communication, empathy, ability to read people and handle diverse situations.
At the same time, I explored no code tools, learned Framer, and have been building this website myself.

Who I Am Today
I’m someone who enjoys understanding why things work the way they do. I’m calm, observant, curious, and naturally empathetic.
I love solving problems with intention and turning ideas into systems that feel human and meaningful.
Now, with experience across engineering, UX, UI, product thinking, and HCI, I’m ready to push my career forward and design products that create real impact.
